About The Forge
The AATS website was planned as a platform to support Space Launch Delta 30 and Space Launch Delta 45, branching into a dashboard for each squadron.
The website includes a portfolio of AATS’s projects, contact details for easy communication, insights into collaborators and "The Forge," a list of services, and updates on upcoming events and initiatives.

Problem
The AATS website tackles key challenges such as the lack of a centralized platform for accessing critical information, making it difficult for teams to collaborate effectively. Squadrons faced communication gaps and struggled with real-time data sharing.
Inconsistencies in project assessment methods led to inaccuracies, while the absence of a standardized workflow template hindered process alignment and efficiency.

What was proposed
The idea was one central hub for Space Launch Delta 30, Space Launch Delta 45 and each squadron, with live dashboards for project status and performance.
It also proposed one standard intake process for judging projects, and a shared workflow template called The Forge. This project stayed at research and concept. It was never built, and I am showing it as research only.
